Presentation of the results of the all-Ukrainian online survey "Personal Security of Judges and Court Staff"
The work of judges and staff is constantly accompanied by a certain risk. However, as world practice shows, such risk can be reduced and managed by adequately assessing potential threats and responding appropriately to each incident.
The team of experts of the Model Courts Initiative of the EU Project Pravo-Justice conducted a study of the security of courts, one of the stages of which was an all-Ukrainian online survey among representatives of the judiciary.
International experts from the EU Project Pravo-Justice have developed a special online questionnaire to not only identify the state of security in the courts, but also to find out the personal risks faced by respondents in their professional activities.
The experts presented the results of the all-Ukrainian online survey "Personal Security of Judges and Court Staff" during a video conference on April 26. The survey was conducted from March 6 to 26 and covered more than 3,000 respondents.
During the presentation, the experts acquainted the participants with the details of the process of developing and conducting the survey, as well as provided recommendations, the further implementation of which will significantly increase the level of judicial security.
The results of the survey were presented by experts of the EU Project Pravo-Justice, namely:
- Dariusz Sielecki, International Expert of the EU Project Pravo-Justice (Poland)

- Silviu Sandru, International Expert of the EU Project Pravo-Justice (Romania)
