RJRCs representatives developed proposals to the draft Strategy of Sustainable Development of the Judiciary 2021-2025

Regional Justice Reform Council (RJRC) representatives from 5 Ukrainian cities developed proposals to the Legal Reform Commission under the Office of President with regard to the draft Strategy of Sustainable Development of the Judiciary 2021-2025.

"This exercise represents decentralisation of policy-making in Ukraine, linking the regional legal communities and the decision makers in Kyiv. The RJRC proposals are intended to increase independence of the judiciary, accountability and customer orientation of the justice sector as a whole," says international expert from Georgia Eric Svanidze.
