EU Project Pravo-Justice Signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the State Judicial Administration and the NGO All-Ukrainian Association of Court Employees
The EU Project Pravo-Justice, the State Judicial Administration, and the NGO All-Ukrainian Association of Court Employees have signed the Memorandum of Understanding.
The purpose of the Memorandum is to reconfirm cooperation in areas of common interest, alongside joint efforts aimed at the development of institutional capacity and human resources. In particular, it is about the joint introduction of best practices for the implementation of ideas on the development of justice; the establishment of international professional ties for the exchange of productive solutions to improve the conditions for ensuring the administration of justice; and the representation of the court employees and the judiciary in the process of formation of state policy.
“It is necessary to pay tribute to the representatives of the judiciary for their work in wartime. Thanks to them, Ukrainian system has not collapsed, and justice continues being administered. In turn, the EU Project Pravo-Justice is ready to give a hand and support Ukrainian colleagues in such a difficult time to achieve the common goal – Ukraine’s victory over the aggressor and successful implementation of the judicial reform,” said Anna Adamska-Gallant, Key International Expert for Judiciary of the EU Project Pravo-Justice, when signing the document.
It should be noted that the All-Ukrainian Association of Court Employees is a newly created civil society organization that will become a platform for dissemination of best practices of court administration and relevant model solutions developed within the framework of the Model Courts Initiative.
