The MOJ legislative monitoring institutionalised together with the Project makes sure that laws and codes regulating the justice sector remain stable and systemic.
“For the first time, we are presented with such a comprehensive approach to legislative monitoring, not only on diagnosis of problems, but also on the possible ways to solve them. This indicates that the three branches of power have the political will to make new, high-quality and effective rules,” says Ruslan Stefanchuk, First Deputy Speaker of Parliament.
