Mediation and friendly settlement in administrative proceedings: best European practices

The beginning of autumn was marked by a great event for lawyers: the participants of the 5th South Ukrainian Forum discussed essential ways of functioning of the advocacy institute and practical aspects in the field of maritime law and international trade. Ukrainian Bar Association organised the Forum in Odesa on September 6.

Team Leader of the EU Project Pravo-Justice Dovydas Vitkauskas spoke about the friendly settlement in administrative proceedings and outlined the main aspects of mediation and its effectiveness.
