Inter regional working group identified possible solutions in bankruptcy

On August 5-6, EU Project Pravo-Justice held a meeting of Inter Regional Working Group “Justice Reform: Bankruptcy”

Participants discussed Regional Justice Reform Council’s contribution to the new justice reform strategy, policy papers, state of affairs in the field of enforcement, bankruptcy, people’s engagement.

Members of the working group were divided according to the sub-topics identified, and each group determined the most persistent problems with regard to their topic and offered their vision of the measures to be developed under new strategy.

Each working group presented its findings to the plenum and results were discussed and complemented.
