Experts presented the package of changes to legislation for the Heads of regional councils of the Association of Private Enforcement Officers

Today we are presenting the package of changes to legislation for the Heads of regional councils of the Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine:

1. Enforcement reform that promotes economic and business growth
2. Private enforcement officers as an independent profession
3. Effective supervision and checkup of private enforcement officers
4. Improvement of business processes in the enforcement of court decisions

The proposals were developed by a joint working group of international and national experts of the EU Project Pravo-Justice as well as other international donors.
