On September 9, online conference to be held: "Personnel management of personnel: adaptation of courts in conditions of war"

The EU project "Pravo-Justice" invites judges, heads of departments and court employees to the online conference "Personnel management: adaptation of courts in conditions of war", which will be held on September 9 within the framework of the "Model Courts" Initiative.

Start of the conference: 02.00pm. The conference will be held online via ZOOM, the event will be also broadcast on the Facebook page of the EU Project "Pravo-Justice".

During the conference, the following issues are to be discussed:

• aspects of remote work of a civil servant, in particular, for internally displaced persons, and the possibility of working from abroad;
• peculiarities of maintaining personnel documentation;
• team formation and preservation, team management in crisis period;
• implementation of legislation on civil service and working under martial law;
• social protection and guarantees for courts employees.
