The EU Project Pravo-Justice Component 4 is focused on facilitation of dialogue between justice sector stakeholders, public diplomacy, monitoring and communication on EU accession process; assistance to MoJ with regard to the approximation process and EU-adhesion negotiations as well as supporting the legal education reform and providing other thematic support.

Activity areas:

• Facilitating the coordination of justice sector interventions and public diplomacy efforts
• Supporting MoJ and justice sectors actors in monitoring progress made with regards to EU adhesion-focused reforms
• Promoting evidence-based approach in policy-making, and update of MoJ IT legislative monitoring tool
• Supporting integration of Ukrainian justice institutions and legal professionals into the EU transnational practitioners’ networks
• Analysing Ukrainian legislation in the light of the EU acquis, supporting MoJ in the process of approximation and providing other necessary assistance within the negotiations process on Chapters 23-24
• Developing capacities of legal professionals on the EU law
• Enhancing law schools research and teaching capacities in the area of the EU law
• Raising awareness and supporting the promotion and application of mediation
