The EU Project Pravo-Justice announces a competition for the positions of national short-term experts in the field of bankruptcy.

The EU Project Pravo-Justice in the frame of cooperation with the State Property Fund of Ukraine announces a competition for the positions of national short-term experts in the field of bankruptcy. The main goal of the expert team is to provide legal assistance to the Fund in bankruptcy and liquidation procedures of state-owned enterprises.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting procedural documents, including procedural documents in bankruptcy cases and documents at the stage of voluntary liquidation of enterprise by the management decision.
• Analysis of bankruptcy cases and development of legal positions for the Fund.
• Preparation of legal opinions on issues arising in bankruptcy or liquidation procedures.

Requirements for candidates:

• Law degree and at least 5 years of experience in practicing law.
• Solid knowledge in procedural law and proceedings in bankruptcy cases, debt recovery, and work with distressed assets.
• Knowledge of commercial, civil, land, and tax legislation, as well as legislation regulating the management of state property, including legislation on privatization and lease of state property.
• Experience representing companies in bankruptcy cases, economic, civil, and administrative disputes resolution for at least 5 years.
• Experience in legal business and admission to the bar will be considered an advantage.
