The Project was actively involved in the preparation of the Draft Laws On Mediation (no. 3504) and Administrative Procedure (no. 3475), which are currently pending second reading in Parliament.
“It is essential to increase a pragmatic culture in the society towards mediation and settlement, moving away from the traditional paradigm of winning-losing,” said a Dutch expert Bert Maan at the conference “Court-Annexed Mediation: Room for Cooperation between Court and Mediators” today in Odesa.
