Improvement in bankruptcy: analysis of the effectiveness of new procedures

On the last day of January, a conference "Improvement in bankruptcy: analysis of the effectiveness of new procedures" was held in Kharkiv.

The event was organized by the EU Project Pravo-Justice, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees of Ukraine, the Commercial Court of Kharkiv Region and the Eastern Commercial Court of Appeal of Kharkiv.

Participants discussed crucial and problematic aspects of the application of the new Bankruptcy Code of Ukraine. Three judges of the Supreme Court, qualified arbitration trustees from different regions of Ukraine, academia who assisted in the development of the code and international experts of the EU Project Pravo-Justice attended the event.
