On November 30, Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs hosted an international scientific and practical conference "Mediation as a way to resolve private and public law disputes." Dnipro Regional Justice Reform Council (RJRC) was one of the co-organizers of the event. Dnipro RJRC is supported by EU Project "Pravo-Justice".

On November 23-24, the EU Project Pravo-Justice together with the Dnipro Regional Justice Reform Council (RJRC) conducted a training on the fundamentals of mediation for judges and staff of the Dnipro District Administrative Court. The training focused on the basic principles of mediation, practical aspects, and guidelines to inform court users at the stage of legal action and trial.

EU Project 'Pravo-Justice' and Donbas RJRC Discuss Transition Draft Law

On October 12, there was a discussion held in Kharkiv about the draft law 'On the principles of the state policy during the transition period' registered in the Verkhovna Rada. The discussion was initiated by Donbas Regional Justice Reform Council (RJRC). The event was attended by the drafters of the bill from the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, national and international experts of EU Pravo-Justice Project, the legal community of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, as well as members of the civil society.
